However, shipping took almost two weeks to get to me in Oregon, which felt like a long wait. The tracking was a bit spotty too, not always updating promptly. Customer service was fine when I inquired about the delay, they were polite. Value for money was decent, especially with the discount I got. If they could speed up their shipping, it would be a much better experience overall.
